Jim Diebolt has been using Cabnetware Software since 1988. He has been in the cabinet industry since 1971 working at a residential cabinet shop for 10 years and then at a commercial cabinet shop for 5 years as a supervisor. In 1987 he opened JD Custom Cabinets in Upland California and for 9 years he worked on high end kitchen remodels and new custom homes in the area. In 1996 he closed the shop and started Creative Design Services along with scaling down JD Custom Cabinets to a one man high quality custom shop. He then became a Certified Cabnetware Software Installer and proceeded to set up over 150 cabinet shops from Southern California to Central California, Nevada and Arizona with all versions of Cabnetware Software. In that same time he has been involved in training seminars. He is involved with doing kitchen layouts with floor plan, elevations and 3-D perspective views for cabinet shops and designers nationwide who want to show professional drawings to their clients. He is currently on the Cabnetware Beta Software Testing Team and helps run a free Cabnetware Users Forum to help cabinet makers worldwide master the software. He works with many local cabinet shops designing, supplying them with detailed drawings, cut lists with full optimization of all sheet goods, and consulting about many aspects of their business. He continues to build custom cabinets from his one man shop to the repeat customers and referrals that he gets.
